The CORE Program Study
Applied Evaluation and Local Implementation Learning (GRS) — (GRS-Led)
Urban Soyal Dispensary is temporarily closed as we search for a new location that better serves our community.
We’re using this time to focus on healing, education, and environmental stewardship through the Urban Soyal Foundation.
Our mission remains the same, to provide safe access, promote awareness, and build a more equitable and sustainable cannabis future.
This pause is not an ending — it’s a renewal.

At the Urban Soyal Foundation, we are restoring balance between people, plants, and policy.
We work to repair the social, health, and environmental harm caused by inequitable cannabis laws and industry practices.
Identifying policies promoted as beneficial but proven detrimental to marginalized communities is central to our work.
Through research, education, and advocacy, we challenge narratives that exploit rather than empower.
